  8. Pour a ladleful of batter and spread evenly…wait for a minute and close wdh a lid. Let it cook on medium flame,till u see the upper layer has dried up…flip on to the other side for some seconds and done.
  9. Serve it wdh hinga/asfaoetida chutney and enjoy.
  10. With the leftover batter,u can make appe or uttappam too wdh the above batter.
